Fitness Experience Manager

We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Fitness Experience Manager to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our club, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional fitness experience to our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, ensuring a seamless fitness experience.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve set targets and deadlines, driving business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve member experience and club operations.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a can-do attitude and a passion for fitness.
