Fitness Experience Coordinator
We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Fitness Experience Coordinator to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our club, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional fitness experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the member journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from welcome to retention.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to meet our high standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to feedback, compliments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Embed our 'Winning Ways' values in daily work, inspiring team members to do the same.
- Contribute to the development of other team members, coaching and mentoring to ensure excellent service delivery.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for fitness and excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
- Aptitude to meet set targets and deadlines, with a focus on delivering results.
- A team player with a can-do attitude, committed to our 'Winning Ways' values.
- A fitness qualification or working towards one is desirable.
