About the Role

Fitness Experience Manager

We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Fitness Experience Manager to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our club, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional fitness experience to our members.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the member journey and improve retention rates.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, ensuring a consistent and positive experience throughout their fitness journey.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall fitness experience.
  • Monitor and analyze feedback, compliments, and complaints to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Embed our 'Winning Ways' values in your daily work, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
  • Aptitude to meet set targets and deadlines, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude, who is committed to supporting and empowering others to achieve their best.
  • A fitness qualification or equivalent experience is desirable, but not essential.
