Fitness Experience Manager

We're on the search for a passionate and strongminded Fitness Experience Manager to join our team at Fitness First. Our team is so important to us, the people in our business is what makes us successful. We focus on what sets us apart as a Brand, and ensure we have the role expertise to celebrate our fitness product and deliver an excellent experience. Our members are at the heart of everything we do.

What you'll be doing...

  • Providing a key role in owning and conducting the member journey in the club.
  • Focusing on how we retain our members, by giving them the best welcome and start.
  • Taking ownership of feedback, compliments and complaints received in accordance with our complaints policy and escalating when appropriate
  • Demonstrate our Winning Ways through behaviours at work and encourage team members to do the same
  • Your level of service will encourage guests to join our club and you will coach and develop other team members to offer the same.

What are we looking for…?

  • It is essential that you have a passion for fitness and good customer skills.
  • Be a great communicator to ensure the fitness experience is consistent throughout the member journey.
  • Aptitude to meet set targets and deadlines.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude.
  • It is desired that you have or are working towards a fitness qualification.
