About the Role
Fitness Experience Manager
We're seeking a passionate and results-driven Fitness Experience Manager to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our club, you'll be responsible for delivering an exceptional fitness experience to our members.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the member journey and improve retention rates.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members, ensuring a consistent and positive experience throughout their fitness journey.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall fitness experience.
- Monitor and analyze feedback, compliments, and complaints to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Embed our 'Winning Ways' values in your daily work, inspiring and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.

- A fitness qualification or equivalent experience is desirable, but not essential.
