About The Role
Fitness Product Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Product Manager to join our team at Fitness First. As a key member of our Fitness Experience team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional gym floor experience for our members, bringing our gym floor equipment to life and ensuring we have the role expertise to support this.
About You
- You will have a minimum of Level 2 fitness qualified, or currently working towards this.
- You will have the ability to teach classes to a high standard both in the studio and on the gym floor.
- You will have the ability to mentor, motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve their potential.
- You will have the ability to performance manage team members and ensure the whole team are working to the required standards.
- You will have the ability to meet set targets and deadlines.
- You will have great communication skills.
