We're seeking an experienced and driven Fitness Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm and innovation, ensuring every member's journey with us is nothing short of exceptional.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop a Superstar Team: Recruit, train, and mentor top-notch personal trainers and group exercise instructors, guiding them to be the best in the business.
- Be a Fitness Floor Icon: Ensure your team is always front and centre, engaging with members and keeping the energy high on the gym floor.
- Craft Memorable Member Journeys: Own the onboarding process and create signature experiences that keep members coming back for more.
- Champion Group Exercise: Deliver a minimum of 15 signature classes each week, with at least 5 taught by you, and recruit the best talent to keep our classes fresh and exciting.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain pristine training spaces, lead by example, and keep the club buzzing with energy and cleanliness.
- Be the Heart of the Club: As a Duty Manager, you'll ensure every member and guest feels welcomed and inspired from the moment they walk through the door.
