Fitness Floor Ambassador

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Floor Ambassador. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our members, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and providing support to our Personal Trainers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a five-star service to all members through greeting and engagement
- Ensure the gym floor is clean and tidy, and equipment is in the correct place
- Hand out towels to members and interact with them in a professional and friendly manner
- Support members by ensuring a safe environment and assisting them where necessary
- Attend workshops as necessary to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Graduate of REPS L3 or equivalent
- Strong understanding of principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
- Excellent people and relationship building skills
- High attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Passion for health and fitness
