Fitness Floor Ambassador

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Floor Ambassador to join our team at Equinox. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and promoting a positive and engaging experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a five-star service to all members through greeting and engagement
- Ensure the gym floor is clean and tidy, and equipment is in the correct place
- Hand out towels to members and provide support as needed
- Interact with members in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport and providing an elevated experience
- Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Graduate of REPS L3 or equivalent
- Strong understanding of principles of physical fitness and proper exercise technique
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and willingness to learn
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Passion for health and fitness
