Front Desk Coordinator

Premier Work Support is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Newbury. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be the face of our company and play a crucial role in creating a positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues through exceptional customer service.
- Provide administrative support to the onsite Management team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone enquiries, respond to customer requests, and manage room bookings.
- Support the Workplace Experience team with high-profile events and provide feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Register customers and visitors, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (with a 30-minute unpaid break)
Pay:
\u00a312.70 per hour
