Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our school clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their front office and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, students, and staff, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Assist with the coordination of events, meetings, and appointments, ensuring seamless communication and organization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders, promoting a positive and professional image of Teaching Personnel.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
