Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an Administrative Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our school clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our school clients, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Assist with special projects and events, as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with school clients, ensuring excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
