Meetings & Events Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meetings & Events Assistant Operations Manager to join our team at art'otel Hoxton. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our events spaces, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our events.
Key Responsibilities- Event Operations: Streamline the operations of our ten diverse event rooms, hosting a mix of corporate and leisure meetings, banquets, drinks receptions, and parties.
- Inventory Management: Oversee our inventory and collaborate with the team to ensure our event spaces are well-stocked and versatile, all within budget.
- Client Communication: Proactively seek feedback from clients to gather information to continuously enhance our events experience. Respond to client enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Team Collaboration: Create a positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative work environment, bringing colleagues together to achieve a common goal.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on industry standards and provide ongoing training and development to team members to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your role.
Our events spaces are perfect for product launch screenings, private dining, and exclusive hire. We have a 60-seater auditorium that can be combined with our Art Gallery Creative rooms or Restaurant and bar. Our spaces can host party nights, private dinners, cocktail sessions, and New Year's Eve parties, as well as stylish meeting and event spaces for gatherings up to 300 guests.
