Client Support Specialist

Salary: From £23,400

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 6pm

Overview of the Role:

As a Client Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic organization that leverages both human interaction and technology to assist clients with their life assurance, savings, investments, or pension inquiries. Your role will involve handling inbound communications, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service during significant moments in their lives.

New team members often come from diverse backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, or travel, and prior experience in financial services is not a prerequisite; extensive training will be provided to ensure your success. Our Commitment to Employees:
