Position Overview

Our esteemed client, Pertemps Bristol Commercial, is seeking a dedicated Client Support Specialist to join their dynamic team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday. The working hours will be structured as a 7-hour shift, providing a blend of office-based and remote work opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

As the primary liaison for customer inquiries, you will:

  • Take ownership of addressing customer issues and non-statutory complaints, while documenting statutory complaints and collaborating with other departments as necessary.
  • Facilitate payment processing through direct debit and card transactions over the phone.
  • Maintain accurate and efficient data entry, ensuring that customer records are consistently updated.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in telephone-based customer service.
  • Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A background in contact center operations or the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high call volumes.
