Key Responsibilities
As a Client Support Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients during critical moments. Whether through phone calls, scheduled meetings, or online messaging, you will ensure that every interaction is smooth and effective.
You will join a collaborative team of over 150 professionals across multiple contact center locations. Our environment fosters teamwork and support, ensuring that you always have assistance at hand. Additionally, our robust support network keeps all team members engaged and inspired.
This position primarily involves telephone interactions; however, following your training period, you will have the option for hybrid work arrangements. This includes one day a week of flexibility, with permanent hybrid roles promoting an excellent work-life balance. Working hours are from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday, with one weekend shift every two weeks, accompanied by a weekday off.
