About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a key member of our financial services team, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Planners and Investment Managers, ensuring client satisfaction through direct contact and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Financial Planners and Investment Managers to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Build relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.
  • Maintain back-office systems and client records in line with company policies.
  • Liaise with operational teams to provide support on activities, scripts, transfers, corporate actions, and static data changes.
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations as required.
  • Assist investment managers in preparing new business pitches and presentations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in the financial services industry.
  • Strong ethic of client service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to use judgment and reasoning to propose solutions to problems.
