Job Title: Valet

Department: Activate Accident Repair

Location: Nottingham

Hours: 45 hours per week

About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Valet to contribute to our ongoing success. This role is essential in ensuring that both customer and courtesy vehicles are impeccably prepared for return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly wash, vacuum, clean, and polish vehicles using approved materials and equipment, ensuring a pristine presentation for customers.
  • Prepare vehicles for customer collection, maintaining a standard that reflects exceptional service.
  • Promptly report any incidents or damages to the Bodyshop Manager.
  • Coordinate with the reception team regarding any vehicle damage or cleanliness concerns.
  • Adhere to all housekeeping and health and safety regulations relevant to the role.
  • Ensure that vehicles meet safety standards before returning them to customers, documenting any faults on the job card.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Valid driving license with appropriate classification.
  • Experience in logistics.
  • Knowledge of vehicle appraisal processes.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude towards completing tasks.
  • Effective time management skills.
