About Us: SLS, a leading independent supplier of laboratory equipment, chemicals, and consumables, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, managing a portfolio of customers, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide second-to-none customer service to our clients, handling a wide range of day-to-day queries related to orders, products, and returns.
  • Communication: Communicate clearly and work closely with our Sales Manager to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Relationship Building: Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Return Processing: Process customer returns and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
