Job Summary
TK Elevator UK Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely recording of safety incidents and customer complaints
- Process service requests, additions, cancellations, and amendments
- Ensure all relevant documents are attached to service contracts
- Apply endorsements on a monthly basis
- Uplift callout rates on a monthly basis
- Invoice service contracts and check for errors
- Assist with service-related queries
- Provide branch support with service administration tasks
- Ensure Navision is up to date with relevant information
- Answer incoming calls and allocate engineers
- Monitor and respond to service-related emails
- Provide support to customers over the phone
- Complete reports as required
Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English
- Strong Microsoft Office and database skills
- Experience working in a similar role
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent document production skills
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Highly motivated, reliable, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and effective communicator
- Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
