We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Buzz Bingo. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have an outstanding experience every time they visit the Club.
The Role You'll Play
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our Club, responsible for building rapport and relationships with our customers. You will be flexible and able to work across all areas of the Club, from front of house to the bar area and kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have an outstanding experience every time they visit the Club
- Build rapport and relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Be flexible and able to work across all areas of the Club, including front of house, the bar area, and kitchen
- Support with other duties as requested by the line manager
What We're Looking For
- Experience in delivering first-class customer service in a face-to-face role, preferably in a hospitality, retail, or leisure environment
- Outstanding communication skills, able to adapt to different situations
- Experience of handling cash and basic numeracy knowledge
