Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Proactive Staff Ltd. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction with our luxury hot tub distributor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate engineer visits to resolve complex issues and ensure smooth delivery of hot tubs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including product knowledge, practical advice, empathy, and patience.
  • Advise customers on confirmed delivery times and manage their expectations.
  • Manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct outbound calls to promote servicing of hot tubs and gather online reviews.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of resolving customer queries and issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Confident phone manner and excellent computer skills to enter data and maintain our CRM system.
