About the Position

This role involves the meticulous cleaning and preparation of customer and courtesy vehicles, ensuring they are in pristine condition for return. You will engage with customers professionally, upholding our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash, vacuum, clean, and polish vehicles using approved materials and equipment to present them to customers. This includes cleaning upholstery and carpets, and steam cleaning engines when requested.
• Prepare vehicles (both customer and courtesy cars) for collection, ensuring they meet our first-class service standards.
• Promptly report any accidents or incidents to your Bodyshop Manager.
• Confirm any damage or cleanliness concerns with the reception team.
• Adhere to all Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations relevant to your role and work environment.
• Ensure vehicles meet safety standards before returning them to customers, or that any faults are documented on the job card.

Required Skills and Experience

• Valid driving license with the appropriate classification for duties
• Experience in logistics
• Familiarity with vehicle appraisal
• Outstanding communication and customer service abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A proactive attitude towards completing tasks
• Effective time management for each booking is essential
