About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team at a luxury hot tub distributor. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their hot tubs are delivered and installed efficiently, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with our logistics team to ensure hot tub deliveries are made on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our sales team to promote our products and services to existing and potential customers.
  • Manage customer relationships, building trust and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to the development of our customer service strategy, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant systems.
