Customer Service Manager

A leading electronics manufacturer in the UK is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee the customer account management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and maintaining customer accounts throughout the customer life cycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Customer Account team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Develop growth within designated accounts and ensure customer expectations are met
  • Maintain accurate forecasts of designated accounts and identify potential risks
  • Collaborate with external sales to set sales forecasts and achieve financial targets

Requirements:
