Customer Service Executive

Salary: £28,000 plus 10% discretionary bonus

Shifts: 37.5 hours 5 days a week including every other weekend. Rotating shifts 8:00-16:15 and 9:45-18:00. Sunday hours 10:00-16:00

Our client, a fast-growing company based in Hook, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team.

  • Handle customer queries through email, calls, and live chat, both outbound and inbound.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer service and productivity KPIs.
  • Desirable experience in both customer services and financial services.
  • Desirable experience in sales through service.
  • Customer-obsessed, determined to deliver world-class service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Meet and exceed customer service and productivity targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
