Shifts: 37.5 hours 5 days a week including every other weekend. Rotating shifts 8:00-16:15 and 9:45-18:00. Sunday hours 10:00-16:00
Our client, a fast-growing company based in Hook, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their team.
- Handle customer queries through email, calls, and live chat, both outbound and inbound.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding customer service and productivity KPIs.
- Desirable experience in both customer services and financial services.
- Desirable experience in sales through service.
- Customer-obsessed, determined to deliver world-class service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
- Meet and exceed customer service and productivity targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
