Job Overview

Position Summary

MHA is seeking a dedicated administrator with a proactive mindset to become an integral part of our national recruitment division. We provide a vibrant and engaging atmosphere, supported by a knowledgeable and approachable team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment procedures and candidate evaluations.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring timely updates and data integrity.
  • Upload resumes and interview documentation onto the recruitment platform.
  • Advertise job openings on both internal and external job boards.
  • Manage recruitment email communications effectively.
  • Support the Early Careers team during student orientation events.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to student intake.
  • Foster positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling as needed.
  • Participate in recruitment events.
  • Organize student recruitment activities that highlight our graduate and A-level opportunities.
  • Represent MHA at student recruitment fairs.
  • Assist the recruitment team with nationwide project initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the Early Careers Team to facilitate assessment centers.

Additional Administrative Support

  • Provide supplementary administrative assistance to the broader recruitment team as required.
  • Perform any other general administrative duties as necessary.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.

  • Friendly, professional, and a collaborative team player with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
