Position Overview: Regional Sales Executive

Key Qualifications:

This role is for a Regional Sales Executive within the EMEA Service Center Sales Team.

- Proficiency in multiple languages

- Familiarity with Gulfstream aircraft is advantageous, though not mandatory

- Candidates must reside within the EMEA region, preferably in Europe.

- Ability to work in Europe without the need for company sponsorship (non Ex-Pat)

Educational and Professional Experience Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that enables the candidate to effectively perform the essential functions of the role. A minimum of 8 years of experience in business management and sales, ideally within a corporate setting, is preferred.

Role Objective: Drive the sales of product support services to business aviation operators and other potential clients, ensuring alignment with corporate sales goals and strategies. Collaborate with the sales director to develop departmental strategies that support corporate objectives and contribute to the mentoring and growth of team members. Manage client accounts and cultivate leads and opportunities. Aid in the formulation of annual sales forecasts, conduct analyses on lost business, and evaluate new business opportunities and quotas for all services.Core Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:

  1. Utilize sound judgment and business insight to analyze financial data, assisting both the company and clients in influencing sales, forecasting, and achieving financial objectives.
  2. Act as a strategic partner to your team, qualifying customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  3. Support clients in devising strategies related to maintenance programs and aircraft improvements.
  4. Convert customer needs into services that can be quoted and scheduled to optimize operational expenses.
  5. Lead challenging discussions professionally, steering towards favorable outcomes for both the company and the client.
  6. Work autonomously while effectively leveraging the company's support network.
  7. Assist the sales director in executing departmental strategies that align with corporate goals and contribute to the mentoring and development of team members.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Engage in extensive travel, including international trips, to meet projected sales forecasts and quotas. Participate in major air shows, trade conventions, and other relevant meetings to represent Gulfstream.

Perform other assigned duties as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
  1. Willingness to travel a significant percentage of the time.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with Customer Relationship Management tools.
  3. Demonstrated leadership skills and business acumen in managing complex business challenges and difficult customer interactions.
  4. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential.
