EMEA Channel Manager

As a pivotal member of our sales team, the EMEA Channel Manager will be responsible for orchestrating the recruitment, onboarding, and management of JFrog's channel partners across the EMEA region. This role is essential in driving our channel revenue and fostering strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain a high-performing partner management team in the EMEA region.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance channel revenue through effective recruitment and management of partners.
  • Provide training and mentorship to ensure team success and growth.
  • Establish methodologies, infrastructure, and best practices to optimize team performance.
  • Design and implement onboarding processes and materials for new team members.
  • Define and deploy systems and tools for team utilization.
  • Deliver regular reporting and metrics visibility to track performance.
  • Foster a vibrant team culture and high-energy work environment.
  • Develop ongoing training and enablement programs for team members.
  • Implement mechanisms for continuous performance improvement and quota achievement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with the leadership team to align on goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales management, preferably within SaaS organizations.
  • Proven track record as a self-starter and successful sales leader.
  • Experience working in a dynamic sales development team environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with an ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Expertise in creating a performance-driven culture focused on metrics.
  • Preferred experience in channel partner and outbound sales management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in selling to enterprise-level clients.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Technically savvy with a strong understanding of the industry.
