Sales Director, EMEA Region

YuMe Toys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing relationships with key accounts in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets in the EMEA region.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including mass market, specialty, and e-commerce retailers.
- Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products that meet the needs of our customers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the EMEA region.
- Business Planning: Develop and manage annual business plans, including sales forecasts and budgets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the toy industry.
- Skills: Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies and build strong relationships with key accounts.
- Language: Fluent in English, with proficiency in other European languages an advantage.
