About the Opportunity

As a Regional Sales Director at insightsoftware, you will lead an accomplished team of six sellers who sell our best-in-class Operational Reporting and Supply Chain Process Analytics solution (Angles for SAP) to new logo and existing clients across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to exceed team quota and drive regional growth
  • Provide inspirational sales leadership and collaborate effectively with solution engineering, marketing, and customer success groups
  • Lead the regional territory plan and ensure high professional standards and sound execution of each phase of the complex sales cycle
  • Utilize MEDDIC and drive account development and pipeline generation activities
Requirements
  • Accomplished B2B sales leader with experience leading teams to exceed quota selling Analytics/ERP solutions (SAP)
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAP ecosystem and analytics
  • KPI focused, engaging presence, authentic, and drive and adaptability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-performance, and rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience managing sales teams and an existing book of customers, alongside new business generation
