We are seeking a motivated and engaging individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager, representing a leading brand in the beauty industry. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with retail partners, training store staff on our brand's products, and leading physical visits to some of the UK's biggest retailers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in field sales while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The role involves working 5 days a month, covering Monday to Thursday, and requires a driving license and access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
  • Train store staff on our brand's products
  • Lead physical visits to retail partners
  • Meet sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:

  • Experience in a retail environment or excelling at KPIs
  • Previous experience supporting or representing a brand
  • Ideal experience in training others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
