About the Role

Farmina, a leading global pet care company, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the UK South territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and expand our presence in the veterinary channel and specialized pet stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet store owners/managers.
  • Provide product education and support to veterinary staff and pet store employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about Farmina products.
  • Actively promote Farmina product ranges and exclusive consultancy services targeted at veterinarians and pet owners.
  • Conduct regular visits to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet stores to promote Farmina products, identify sales opportunities, and provide support as needed.
  • Grow the footprint of Farmina clinics and specialized pet stores in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support the needs of veterinary channel clients and pet stores within the territory.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory and provide feedback to management to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Represent Farmina at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in animal health sales or a related field is required.
  • Previous experience in animal health sales or retail trade sales is highly beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets within a territory.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Previous experience in the FMCG industry is highly regarded.
