Farmina, a leading global pet care company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth within their assigned territory. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive profitable revenue growth within the assigned territory, targeting veterinary channel clients and specialized pet stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive profitable revenue growth within the assigned territory, targeting veterinary channel clients and specialized pet stores.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet store owners/managers.
- Provide product education and support to veterinary staff and pet store employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about Farmina products and can effectively recommend them to customers.
- Actively market Farmina product ranges and exclusive consultancy services targeted at veterinarians and pet parents.
- Conduct regular visits to veterinary clinics, hospitals, and pet stores to promote Farmina products, identify sales opportunities, and provide support as needed.
- Grow the footprint of Farmina clinics & specialized pet stores in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to support the needs of veterinary channel clients and pet stores within the territory.
- Represent Farmina at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in animal health sales or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in Animal health sales or retail trade sales is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets within a territory.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
- Previous experience in the FMCG is highly regarded.
