Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Territory Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales objectives and develop a territory sales plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage.
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to improve surgical site infection knowledge and provide clinical training and education to customers.
  • Support clinical trials and product testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a medical or life science company.
  • Proven sales experience and a strong track record of achieving sales objectives.
  • Life science or business degree preferred.

Personal Characteristics:

  • Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a strong desire to improve health and well-being.
  • Caring personality with excellent relationship-building skills and a strong ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent presentation and education skills, with the ability to project a positive image of the company.

Location: Home-based/On the road

Sales Territories: Various locations in the UK, including Twickenham, Havering, Redbridge, and others.

Salary: £68,000 per annum

Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)

Working Pattern: Full-time (39.5 hours per week)
