Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our team. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a set sales territory by visiting and servicing existing accounts, as well as identifying and pursuing new leads and opportunities in the area.
You will establish a core Soulfresh range within each account, educate customers on our products, sell in promotions and new lines, ensure compliance, merchandise fixtures, and communicate effectively with customers to develop strong business relationships.
This role will contribute to growing Soulfresh's distribution and increasing visibility in independent retailers across London, including independent cafes, health food shops, and pubs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a set sales territory to achieve sales targets and grow Soulfresh's distribution
- Visit and service existing accounts to build strong relationships and increase sales
- Identify and pursue new leads and opportunities in the territory
- Establish a core Soulfresh range within each account
- Educate customers on our products and sell in promotions and new lines
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Merchandise fixtures to maximize sales potential
- Communicate effectively with customers to develop strong business relationships
