About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Medtronic. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in the Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct sales responsibilities for the London/South East UK territory, achieving agreed sales targets and focusing on sales growth.
  • Increasing market share in the Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit, specifically in the Perfusion & ECLS portfolio.
  • Building strong business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through clinical selling.
  • Delivering Medtronic value propositions and promoting our brand across the territory, preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Leading selling activities within the territory, identifying sales prospects, and contacting these and other assigned accounts.
  • Working mainly in the Theatre environment, supporting and advising surgeons, perfusionists, and theatre personnel.
  • Travelling throughout the territory and attending all required meetings.

Requirements

  • Graduate education or equivalent professional skills.
  • Previous measurable sales experience.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Full, clean driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous cardiovascular sales experience or similar.
  • Experience working within hospitals sales.
  • Clinical Perfusionist or ECLS specialist.
  • Theatre experience.
