About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Medtronic. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in the Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct sales responsibilities for the London/South East UK territory, achieving agreed sales targets and focusing on sales growth.
- Increasing market share in the Cardiac Surgery Operating Unit, specifically in the Perfusion & ECLS portfolio.
- Building strong business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share, leading through clinical selling.
- Delivering Medtronic value propositions and promoting our brand across the territory, preparing presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Leading selling activities within the territory, identifying sales prospects, and contacting these and other assigned accounts.
- Working mainly in the Theatre environment, supporting and advising surgeons, perfusionists, and theatre personnel.
- Travelling throughout the territory and attending all required meetings.
Requirements
- Graduate education or equivalent professional skills.
- Previous measurable sales experience.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Full, clean driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous cardiovascular sales experience or similar.
- Experience working within hospitals sales.
- Clinical Perfusionist or ECLS specialist.
- Theatre experience.
