About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and organized Receptionist to join our team at Caldwell Grange. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and welcoming reception service to our residents, staff, and visitors
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Process payroll and other administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with events and activities as required
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous payroll experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and attention to detail
