About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team at Caldwell Grange. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front desk and reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors.
  • Provide administrative support to the care home team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process payroll and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of resident care.

Requirements:

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Previous payroll experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
