Role Overview:
The Maintenance Administration Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting a comprehensive maintenance program within the planning team. This position involves providing essential administrative support for planning activities, generating and delivering detailed reports for the maintenance team, and facilitating the integration of information through systems such as Checkproof and SAP.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of maintenance strategies and support planning engineers in the operation of SAP and Checkproof.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly management information for the maintenance team.
- Input and export data from SAP as necessary.
- Compile health and safety information to aid in effective decision-making.
- Organize and manage all maintenance information systems, including both physical and digital libraries.
- Attend planning meetings with supervisors and engineers to provide technical insights based on data collected during maintenance assessments.
- Correlate daily feedback for planning KPIs and assist the planning team with administrative tasks related to shutdown management and cost control.

Qualifications:
A strong background in administrative functions is essential to ensure compliance with maintenance targets and to enhance the effectiveness of the planning team. The role requires effective communication with various operational disciplines, including production, maintenance, procurement, and supply chain.
