IFA Administrator

Our client, a reputable financial services firm, is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Office Manager and Financial Planners in providing an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service to clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process new business applications and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Prepare valuation reports and performance documentation for client review appointments.
- Assist in preparing review checklists for client appointments and ensure client authorization is obtained.
- Obtain provider information to support advisers in making recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reports.
- Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics and ensure clients are informed of progress throughout the process.
- Assist with research and produce FE Analytics fund switch reports.
- Process and monitor switch requests directly with providers or electronically via platforms.
- Prepare half-yearly valuation reports for issue to clients.
- Provide post-review summary reports to clients.
- Complete withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients and ensure instructions are confirmed in writing.
Previous experience in an IFA environment is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
