Our client, a reputable financial services firm, is seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team at IDEX Consulting Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Office Manager and Financial Planners, ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service to clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications and prepare valuation reports for clients.
  • Prepare performance documentation for client review appointments and review checklists for client meetings.
  • Obtain provider information to assist advisers with recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reports.
  • Run risk profiler results via FE Analytics and ensure clients are informed of progress throughout the process.
  • Assist with research and produce FE Analytics fund switch reports, ensuring client authorization is received in line with MIFID II requirements.
  • Process and monitor switch requests directly with providers or electronically via the platform.
  • Prepare half-yearly valuation reports for issue to clients and provide post-review summary reports.
  • Complete withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients and ensure instructions are confirmed in writing by the client and authentication process is followed.

Previous experience in an IFA environment is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
