Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Bosworth Hall, a 17th century hotel located in the UK. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and control hotel expenses, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies.
