As we advance towards enhancing our software system, Civica UPM, we aim to revolutionize our processes, fostering a more automated approach to benefit processing and providing an online service for scheme members and employers.

The Pension Administration Team plays a crucial role in delivering this service, assisting scheme members as they prepare for retirement, offering pension information to our active workforce, and supporting pensioners who are already receiving their benefits.

Are you a people-oriented individual with a proactive mindset? If so, you might be the ideal candidate to join our team at Nottinghamshire County Council. While experience in pensions is advantageous, we also welcome new team members and are committed to providing comprehensive training.

In these roles, you will be responsible for processing Local Government Pension Scheme benefits in key areas such as retirements, deaths, beneficiary benefits, and transfers into and out of the Scheme. Additionally, you will participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives as part of our broader service development.
