At Nottinghamshire County Council, we are dedicated to managing The Local Government Pension Scheme for our active, deferred, and retired members. As we enhance our software system, Civica UPM, we are excited to streamline processes and create a more automated approach to benefit processing and online services for scheme members and employers.

The Pensions Administration Team plays a crucial role in delivering this service, assisting members as they prepare for retirement, providing essential pension information to our active workforce, and supporting pensioners who are already receiving their benefits.

These positions are supervisory roles within the Pensions Administration Team, where you will guide a team of Level 2 and Level 1 Pensions Administrators in their responsibilities related to the Local Government Pension Scheme. You will also play a key role in the ongoing assessment and enhancement of processes as we strive for continuous improvement and automation in service delivery.

This role involves a 37-hour workweek, with a flexible working time scheme in place. Our team currently operates in a hybrid model, combining remote work with regular in-office time as part of a structured training and team communication program.
