Position Overview

Zachary Daniels is excited to announce an opportunity for a Construction Project Manager specializing in large-scale commercial or industrial projects, including facilities such as hospitals, warehouses, and office complexes. This role is focused on guiding the project from inception to completion on a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and designers on-site
  • Play a pivotal role in negotiations while ensuring adherence to budget constraints
  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations
  • Evaluate risks and identify opportunities
  • Serve as the primary communicator to all essential stakeholders
  • Manage the issuance of all necessary legal documentation
  • Assist refurbishment teams in the procurement of essential assets

Qualifications:

  • Formal qualifications in building surveying or construction management
  • Current experience as a Construction Project Manager or a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager
  • Proven track record in managing large construction projects with budgets around £2 million
  • In-depth knowledge of building regulations, CDM regulations, and local planning laws
  • Experience in engaging with both external and internal stakeholders
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving
  • Strong team collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote

Compensation:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of up to £45,000 along with a bonus and benefits package.
