**Job Summary**

United Utilities is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, adhering to our company's values and principles.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and UU Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with UU's SACRED principles and other relevant regulations.
  • Manage risks and changes, escalating issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a safety culture, ensuring excellent Health and Safety performance on site.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum CITB Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme or equivalent.
  • Experience in construction project management, preferably in the water industry.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Contract management and commercial awareness.
  • Technical awareness and competence in civil, mechanical, electrical, or ICA.
