In light of their ongoing success and expansion, they are seeking a Construction Project Leader to enhance their team in Lancashire.

Areas of specialization encompass Commercial, Educational, Healthcare, Heritage, and Leisure sectors, with project values ranging from £5 million to £15 million.

The Role - Construction Project Leader


As a Construction Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role within the team, collaborating closely with the Pre-Construction and Design teams to oversee the pre-construction processes for forthcoming projects across Lancashire and Greater Manchester.

Ensure that the Health and Safety Executive is informed of the project commencement and that the Construction Design and Management (CDM) file contains a site-specific health and safety strategy, a traffic management plan, and relevant documentation.
Assist in the formulation of a pre-tender Health & Safety Strategy. Ensure that all pre-construction protocols are followed diligently.
