About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join our team at RNR CONSTRUCTION LLC. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing a broad construction team, direct construction operations throughout the whole project lifecycle, and support the project management team regarding construction aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Direct construction operations, including planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure construction aspects are aligned with project objectives.
- Ensure health and safety procedures and standards are implemented and adhered to.
- Train and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure projects are completed in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in a senior management role in the construction industry.
- Ability to gain SC clearance.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry, such as nuclear.
- Chartered status is desirable.
