Shift Details: The work schedule is from 20:00 to 08:00, following a pattern of 4 days ON and 4 days OFF.

Compensation: You will receive a competitive hourly wage of £13.00, translating to an annual salary of £27,040.00.

Role Overview: As a Night Receptionist, you will be essential in ensuring a superior guest experience. We take pride in our expertise and enjoy showcasing this to our guests with a touch of flair.

Key Requirements:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional service with a guest-centric approach.
  • Ability to serve alcoholic beverages to guests as needed.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in roles such as Receptionist, Guest Relations, or Concierge.
  • Experience in managing guest inquiries and resolving complaints.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS is a significant advantage.
  • A willingness to learn and collaborate with a diverse hotel team.
